Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping within most of Canada on orders over $99, with the following exceptions:

  • Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Territories are not eligible for free shipping

  • Remote destinations may be subject to a shipping surcharge if the cost of shipping exceeds $20 CAD
    In these cases, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm next steps.

If you’re shipping to a PO Box, please select Canada Post Shipping at checkout.

Orders that qualify for free shipping but require delivery to a PO Box may be subject to an additional fee if an alternative address cannot be provided.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including (but not limited to): Purolator and Canada Post. For free shipping orders, our team will select the most appropriate carrier based on parcel size and destination.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days and shipped within 5-7 days depending on the custom design.
Processing times may be longer during peak or holiday periods.

While we do our best to time shipments close to requested delivery dates, carrier delivery timelines are not guaranteed.


Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected a tracked shipping method, this email will include your tracking number.

If you have questions about your shipment and a tracking number has been provided, please contact the shipping carrier directly first, as they have the most up-to-date delivery information and can contact the driver if needed.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, you’re welcome to reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.


Local Pickup (Free)

You may pick up your order for free from below location during regular business hours or if late pickup is required please contact us.

Pickup orders may take 1–4 business days to be ready while we work on your custom designs and special inventory request. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.

Someone else may pick up your order on your behalf, provided they have the order number and the order confirmation email.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout, including unit numbers, buzzer codes, postal codes, and recipient contact details.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer and is returned to us or requires redirection:

  • A return-to-sender fee charged by the carrier may be deducted from any refund, and

  • A second delivery charge will apply if the order needs to be re-shipped

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to cover additional carrier charges resulting from address errors.

If an order is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
